By accessing our website or booking a counselling session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive online wellness experience for every client.

1. Our Services

DUSTBYN – VAVA CARE Pvt Ltd offers online emotional wellness and counselling support in areas including:

Relationship & Emotional Wellness Support
Separation & Healing Guidance
Stress & Emotional Balance Support
Anger & Emotional Control Guidance
Grief & Personal Healing Support

All sessions are conducted online by trained counsellors in a confidential environment.

The introductory counselling session is available at a special fee of ₹199 only.

2. Purpose of the Introductory Session

The first counselling session is designed to:

Understand the client's current emotional concerns
Offer supportive guidance and clarity
Help determine suitable next steps for personal wellness support

This session is introductory in nature and should not be considered a complete wellness program or long-term counselling process.

3. Further Counselling & Support Plans

Based on the discussion during the introductory session:

The counsellor may recommend additional sessions or a personalised wellness support plan
Session duration, frequency, and applicable fees will be communicated clearly after the first consultation
Clients are free to decide whether they wish to continue with further sessions

There is no obligation to continue beyond the initial appointment.

4. Appointment Booking

All counselling sessions must be booked through the official DUSTBYN website using the Book Your Session form.

Appointments are confirmed only after:

Successful submission of booking details, and
Completion of the online payment process
5. Payment Policy
The introductory session fee of ₹199 must be paid at the time of booking
Sessions will only be scheduled after successful payment confirmation
Payments are processed securely through our online payment gateway
6. No Refund Policy

Once an appointment is confirmed:

The booking amount is strictly non-refundable
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations, missed sessions, delayed attendance, or personal scheduling issues

Clients are encouraged to book appointments carefully before completing payment.

7. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their session by contacting the support team at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Please note:

Rescheduling requests are subject to counsellor availability
DUSTBYN – VAVA CARE Pvt Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline rescheduling requests
8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth counselling experience, clients are expected to:

Provide accurate personal and contact information
Attend sessions on time
Maintain respectful and honest communication during consultations

Any misuse, inappropriate conduct, or abusive behaviour may result in cancellation of services.

9. Wellness Support Disclaimer

DUSTBYN – VAVA CARE Pvt Ltd provides emotional wellness guidance and supportive counselling services intended to encourage self-awareness, emotional balance, and personal growth.

Our services:

Do not provide medical diagnosis
Are not a substitute for psychiatric or emergency healthcare services
Should not be considered crisis intervention or medical treatment

Individuals experiencing severe emotional distress or emergencies are advised to seek immediate assistance from qualified medical professionals or emergency support services.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

We value your trust and privacy.

All personal information and counselling discussions are handled with strict confidentiality
Client information will not be shared with third parties except where required by applicable law

We are committed to maintaining a secure and respectful environment for every client.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

DUSTBYN – VAVA CARE Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the official website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a counselling session with DUSTBYN – VAVA CARE Pvt Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
